We started out nearly six years ago because we had a mission to make yoga accessible to everyone. We know how good we feel after yoga and meditation, and we honestly believe that everyone deserves to experience the benefits of a regular practice.
We’re not hardcore yogis or ultra-healthy-flexi humans, we just enjoy everyday life and the occasional glass of champagne!
We’re so happy to be operating in schools, corporate offices, gyms and aged care facilities across four states in Australia. Thanks to our team of amazing teachers who give their best to every student!
