Our school mindfulness incursions offer an inclusive, non-competitive approach to help students engage with mindfulness techniques while supporting educators in achieving curriculum goals. With over 350 mobile instructors, we bring tailored 30-60 minute sessions directly to your school, making mindfulness accessible and enjoyable for all students. We introduce your students to age-appropriate breathing techniques, sensory awareness, body awareness, body scans, gratitude lists, walking meditations, guided meditations, and also methods to build self-awareness and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Travel fees may apply based on location and teacher availability. Students are encouraged to bring their own mats or towels; if the room is carpeted, mats are not required. Mats may be available for rent at an additional cost, subject to availability.
