What Is a Kids' Mindfulness Program?

Our ELC kids' mindfulness incursion is a fun, inclusive, and non-competitive program designed to introduce and engage students in accessible mindfulness and calming techniques. With ELC programs, we typically divide the group into age categories (e.g., 2-3 years old and 4-5 years old) and run two 30-minute classes for each group.

How to Organise an ELC Mindfulness Incursion

Arranging mindfulness for students in the classroom has never been easier with Yogamigos' mobile mindfulness facilitators. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Schedule Your Program: Determine when you would like to host your mindfulness session(s) and how frequently you would like them.

  2. Contact Yogamigos: We will provide you with an experienced mindfulness instructor tailored to your specific needs.

  3. Prepare the Space: Ensure you have sufficient room for students to feel comfortable and move freely.

  4. Get Ready to Be Still: Please have the children wear comfortable clothes and have their water bottles handy.

Pricing Overview

Gifting your children and community with tailored yoga sessions is priceless! However, here are our pricing options:

  • INTRO SESSION – One 1-hour school session:

    • $247 plus GST

  • WELLBEING BUNDLE – Six1-hour school sessions:

    • $215 plus GST per session

  • ZEN BUNDLE – Twelve 1-hour school sessions:

    • $205 plus GST per session

 

Travel fees may apply based on location and teacher availability. Please note that we typically do not provide mats. Mats may be available for an additional cost depending on your location.
